      Boss says nice thing about my work.

      Cons

      We were promised significant raises since we haven't had one in over 3 years. They lied again just like last year and the year before. No communication. When you ask about your raise you either get blown off or ignored. I get emails weekly about record profits but none for me.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
