They have some decent Benefits.
Cons
They are putting one policy for all offices around the Globe even if it's not necessarily beneficial or does not make sense to some areas. They normalize promoting people based on backer system instead of performance. They promoted an individual contributor to a Manager without experience in handling people while there are currently Team Leads in place, made the current TL reports to the newly promoted Manager.
