      There are lot of opportunities on Amdocs, the company is allow you to learn new things, recently AI happens, amdocs are very support to employees, give course, learn, environment, certification & recognition for whoever can follow the trend & use it. You will get experiences, and amdocs happy also. Very good company for learning old & new things.

      Cons

      Sometime is prioritizing the indian people first instead of local, but i'm okay and this is normal, just make sur3 the person are capable.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
