1). Difficult to take leaves. They advertise as Unlimited Leaves, however it is dependent on project. In most of the projects, you would be lucky even if you are allowed to take contractual leave of 20-22 days. 2) Legacy Projects. 3) Poor WLB. Mandatory 3 days WFO, however you would still be connected/available at all times.
