      Easy work Worklife balance after you get hang of the product Above average pay and benefits

      Cons

      Legacy technology which will make you outdated very soon. Newer products are not selling and hence too many layoffs. Too much hierarchy with heavy top induces a lot of politics and reduces transparency. Lack of too many opportunities to learn.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
