      Pros

      The work setup is hybrid and employees have unlimited VL. Dependents for HMO is more than 2, for me I have 4.

      Cons

      3 times a week B2O is required and there are strict managers. You'll be lucky if you have great manager and lead.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
