      Pros

      Food and Cab facility provided but deducted from your salary.

      Cons

      Depends on the project you are assigned to. but absolutely no work life balance. senior doesn't even have management skills. They cant even manage a team of 5. Extremely slow growth. Lots of internal politics.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
