      Hybrid Transport Unlimited vacation** Good client base Free snacks and subsidized food

      Cons

      -Some teams must do 9hrs in office for the 3 office days for it to count. -Client base weakening as Telcom is a competitive market -Lots of layoffs -Slow growth -They are reducing the benefits day by day as part of cost cutting. - Optics more imp. - 3 month notice period - Onshore opportunities very limited only few accounts do it now. - Poor bonus and appraisals

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
