      Being a product based company, you get a decent salary. Work culture is mostly good (depending upon team). Free Food in pantry and Special lunch once per week.

      Cons

      Working hours can get stretched. Might have to wait longer for promotion and appreciations.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
