Better think twice - Software Developer Amdaris Employee Review

I don`t recommend the company, there are people who stand in key positions such as managers or directors who are complitely non-collaborative, very narrow-minded and offer you no flexibility in implementing your own development ideas. There is a constantly feeling that each move you make is followed, there`s no transparency, the communication is very bad and it`s alarming that some of the best devs left. There are no growing opportunitie, bad organization chart, no vision and corporate-wanna-be attitude but with no solid ground. Everyone in key positions is friend, wife or relative anyway
