      Pros

      This company has good benefits and good pay. They also have a very good tuition reimbursement program. The people are good to work with.

      Cons

      There are lots of work hours, spontaneous overtime. Work/life balance is skewed toward work. I can't think of anything else as a con.

      Pros

      The people are good. It is a nice clean environment to work in.

      Cons

      Morale is very low. Employees are leaving and they are not backfilling positions. Adds a lot of stress out on the floor.
