      The site I worked at had good people, working together to try and do a good job on tight budgets and low margins

      Cons

      Beyond the immediate site senior management appeared to struggle with change, indecision was rife and there was lots of pulling in different directions

      Pros

      The people are good. It is a nice clean environment to work in.

      Cons

      Morale is very low. Employees are leaving and they are not backfilling positions. Adds a lot of stress out on the floor.
