      Attractive compensation when coming from the outside. Several very good leaders to seek out and learn from.

      Cons

      Substandard talent management, allowing mismatch of skill set and responsibilities. Poor cooperation between businesses. Poor employee engagement results.

      The people are good. It is a nice clean environment to work in.

      Cons

      Morale is very low. Employees are leaving and they are not backfilling positions. Adds a lot of stress out on the floor.
