Pros

Great pay and benefits! Worth life balance seems to be a work in effort towards balancing the two. The overall company is amazing! The company has taken great strides to improve the morale and Fred is nothing short of genius in his decision making. Coworkers are great and we lean on our teams to support each other. There are many great people working at Amcor and that keeps me engaged. Great efforts are being made on improving processes. I highly recommend Amcor!

Cons

Supervisors treat employees as “boxes to check” with their list of tasks set forth toward a metric. Most (not all) lack sincerity and climb on direct reports to hold their position. There is no contact with management and they have no way to rate supervisors since management does not engage CSR’s. There is very little, if any, employee development. Unnecessary micromanagement is the accepted standard.
