      Great pay and decent benefits.

      Cons

      No work life balance and benefits are on the decline due to Obama care and the cost associated. The director over the region is a sarcastic bully that's pushing out anyone that voices concerns about the direction of the company.

      The people are good. It is a nice clean environment to work in.

      Cons

      Morale is very low. Employees are leaving and they are not backfilling positions. Adds a lot of stress out on the floor.
