Upper management seems to care about employee engagement. The open door policy is prevalent at the higher levels
Cons
Lower level management only seem to care about looking good for their supervisors instead of supporting their teams. Moving internal is near impossible, lower to mid level managers do not seem to support personal growth of their employees
