      Pros

      Large company with room for advancement. Alot of satelite plants across the united states, as they promote from within. Salaries are within reason.

      Cons

      Upper management. Too many different ego's and too many different styles of management. Too many upper management trying to put others down for personal gain

      Plant team was great to work with.

      Cons

      Thankless corporate culture. Deadlines unrealistic. Month close analysis projects never made sense, but it's almost exclusivity what you were evaluated on. Boss only called when there was an issue.
