I have worked at Amcomm Wireless for over 3 years now and I can honestly say that this company is awesome to work for. Management is not solely focused on profit, but also on the well-being of every employee in the company. Speaking from personal experience, Amcomm has, at times, deviated from its standard procedures in order to help employees with their personal situations. Many of the employees that have major issues with working at this company are those that really did not have the capacity to see the great opportunity that was provided to them. If you work hard, you will be recognized and rewarded here. The employee of the month program is a testament to the efforts that Amcomm makes to motivate and reward its employees and show special recognition. Opportunities always come to those that deserve them.
