Pros

After the probation period, Amblique provides focused and dedicated career development sessions to create tailored plans for their employees' growth opportunities. I have been able to use these to grow within the business. As part of my induction and training, I have been provided with training on widely used high-end technologies and systems. The staff at Amblique have a high retention rate due to a positive team culture. Many of the team members are open and honest communicators. The types of work and projects we get to work on are varied and interesting, and we work with multiple clients, which keeps me engaged with my work. Our clients are kind and collaborative people, and generally, their feedback is useful and positive, so it is enjoyable to work with them.

Cons

Some roles within the business work on large-scale projects. It's the nature of the beast that, in certain phases of these large projects, unexpected challenges can arise, which can cause stress and in some cases a bit of burnout. That being said, the team does a great job of supporting each other through these challenges. Being able to work on such large brands and projects is a great learning opportunity, and it has empowered me to develop problem-solving skills and tools to help manage issues as they arise.

Pros

The team at Amblique are so great to work with. It's one of the only places I've ever worked where the term "team" feels appropriate. A good mix of small, medium and large clients within the portfolio offer interesting work. There are opportunities to work across multiple platforms and to up/side skill if so desired.

Cons

Being a small team means that significant career progression can be a challenge.

Pros

None for me. I was basically down with depression working here.

Cons

Nepotism is a huge issue. The leaders in marketing clearly has no idea what they're up to. Terrible management. No HR. Huge issue with bullying.
