      Plenty of hours and some good field personnel, pay is above average for the area

      Cons

      The company places profits over it people and over patient safety. There are a couple of decent supervisors but for the most part they gaslight employees, will stab them in the back and are pretty useless

      The pay and benefits are excellent. There are plenty of hours to be had.

      We stay busy, but that makes the shift go by quickly.

      Pay is decent Bonus opportunity every paycheck

      Cons

      Everything else, old ambulances with over 500k miles on chassis, AC in ambulance barely keeps up in summer, workers exploited and overworked when other crews call off
