Pros

Ambition Data's leadership team works on casting the right person for the right work resulting in high-quality staffing and high-quality work completed for their clients. Leadership is also genuinely interested in input from the whole team and willing to implement the ideas that make sense to use within the current strategy. Strategies are continually reviewed to keep the company moving in the correct direction as dictated by the market. Using the understanding of the market to create and develop processes and tools that will answer the needs of today's customer-centric approach to marketing and sales. Having an entrepreneurial drive is a definite plus when working at Ambition Data.

Cons

Being an innovator in a new and upcoming industry involves constant evaluations of the needs of the client, which can mean quick adjustments to the work that needs to be completed and when. It may also require each person within the organization to wear more than one hat at a time, anyone interested in working at Ambition Data needs to be flexible and like change.

Pros

The first few months working at Ambition could be compared to a bootcamp of sorts, where you acquire experience across a wide range of industries, business problems, and technologies. This is great for eager to learn, ambitious analysts & consultants. The company also offers flexible schedules, great time off policy, and as long as you are constantly delivering work above expectations, you will be able to reward yourself. Also, skill building sessions with industry leaders in data science / analytics / marketing are a regular. It is a great time to tap into external resources for perspective.

Cons

Small company = growing pains and ambiguity in roles / workstreams. The small staff can result in 'single source of failure / success' scenarios, but this is constantly improving. Hours can be long & some clients require a lot of ad-hoc hours.
