No pros, to be honest. They were liars. Will paint a false rosy picture in interview.
Cons
Extremely Toxic place. Extreme work pressure on research team. Bonuses eaten up by top 3-4 people. They expect employees to slog 16+ hours and still point out at short comings. Anyone will get medical issues if continued for medium or long term. HR speaks same language of management.
