      · A few toxic team members create unnecessary stress and tension, which leadership seems unwilling or unable to address · Lack of proper conflict resolution mechanisms · The psychological pressure from internal politics and passive-aggressive behavior seriously impacted my well-being within just a few months

      Pros

      The culture is one of relentless optimism! Headcounts expanded and contracted with the elegant rhythm of a tide, except the tide was payroll. No one seemed particularly troubled by this. I found it inspiring!
