Pros
They value employees more than anything. Good benefits and somewhat laid back. The business is moving fast and seeing tons of success, and the outlook is only positive.
Cons
The current space is getting pretty crowded, hopefully we move soon. I parking situation for new hires is pretty iffy right now because the lot next to us is full.
