Pros
Great down to earth co-workers who are actually nice and seem to like each other. Most employees have worked at the company for many years. The company is in run-off but they try really hard to keep everyone motivated with events like a company softball game, summer party and kids Holiday party, etc.
Cons
Future direction of the company is uncertain which makes everyone's career path uncertain. Some people are working themselves out of a job if they are performing well.
