      Pays kinda good as long as they don't keep trying to offer you VTO

      Cons

      They micro manage a lot. Too much time off task (TOT) for bathroom breaks or to get water will get you written up unfortunately. Stay away from the adults that peaked in high school, you'll be fine.

      - Above average pay for my area and get to choose your working hours - Very easy to go from a seasonal role to a full-time one - Structured day to day routine and minimal interaction for introverts

      Cons

      - Physically straining on the body - Limited career progression - Warehouse is always hot and humid, even with AC
