      You get paid I guess

      Cons

      You are constantly being watched and told your performance on how fast you pick/pack in the warehouse. If you move too slow a condescending associate will tell you that you need to almost run without clashing into others in the warehouse. You will be called out on how long you take bathroom breaks for. I was told being in the bathroom for 3 minutes was too long.

      - Above average pay for my area and get to choose your working hours - Very easy to go from a seasonal role to a full-time one - Structured day to day routine and minimal interaction for introverts

      Cons

      - Physically straining on the body - Limited career progression - Warehouse is always hot and humid, even with AC
