      Pros

      As a part-time Flex employee, I can build a schedule that is personally fitted for me each week. I can also decide to work partial shifts if I can't be there for the whole day.

      Cons

      During Peak seasons, picking up your desired shifts becomes harder as other coworkers are picking up the same shifts.

      - Above average pay for my area and get to choose your working hours - Very easy to go from a seasonal role to a full-time one - Structured day to day routine and minimal interaction for introverts

      - Physically straining on the body - Limited career progression - Warehouse is always hot and humid, even with AC
