Pros
- Get to work on cutting edge automation technology - Work with lots of talented and dedicated people - Pay is still better than most other tech companies
Cons
- Leadership keeps cutting headcount but demanding more leading to 60+ hour work weeks. - So much tech debt and on-call burden. Everything is barely working because there have been 3 straight years of agressive deadlines without the neccesary resources. - The demand to use AI is constant, but the expectations of AI in our use-cases are unrealistic. - Promotions have become non-existent. - The pattern of overwork extends to leadership, which results in a constant lack of vision and a complete disconnect from our customers that has become noticably worse over the past 2-3 years.
