Some benefits they offer are nice but I feel most companies offer something similar, nothing really stimulates you for your 10hrs working their aside from the pressure to not screw up. Your feet are sure to burn everyday, I got compression socks and some nice memory foam shoes and I'm still in pain everyday after 4 weeks of work
