      It's easy to get in, and there is free coffee. During the two months of the Christmas season, the night hours are actually quite acceptable.

      Cons

      The night shift covers the toughest hours, and the workload can be heavy at times. It is often a total bore. However, know-how spreads opportunistically from worker to worker. Designed for you to leave.

      Decent pay, good benefits, great opportunities for climbing up the ladder/other positions if you put in the work.

      advancement opportunities, not a lot of micro management,

      no micro management, however this comes with ZERO guidance, its left on you to figure everything out within the confines of corporate policy. also HR is awful and literally zero help to you. they pretty much just middle man and are there for the company not for you. TONS of pressure in this role.
