Pros

I had an excellent supervisor. The team was great. Training was easy to follow. Workload was average.

Cons

A lot of technical issues. Some customers were just rude and awful. Need to raise pay per hour.

Cons

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
