Just able to make quick money.

Amazon does not care for the safety of their drivers. I was a victim of an attempted robbery back on the 4th of this month and they keep trying to send me to the same area where this happened at. Assigned me to a route in the same area the very next day and twice afterwards in which I rejected. Don’t want to pay you your money for things out of your control. They send the drivers almost an hour and a half away from where the packages has to be picked up at. Seems like they only care about the packages being delivered more than the safety of the drivers. The representative barely can speak or understand English and can be rude. They are so horrible that they didn’t even put what happened to me or my child in the system to make the company aware of what happened.

Cons

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
