      Pros

      You're your own manager. Work whenever, choose the time you prefer.

      Cons

      Sometimes too many drivers fighting for the same time block. Parking issues in the city or areas where parking is difficult. We're not allowed to park where Aus post/DHL/FedEx etc can since we don't have permits which sucks. No weekend pay rates.

      Get to pick your own blocks

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
