      Pros

      Flexible as to when you sign up to do shifts and I have now run out of pros

      Cons

      Amazon has stupidly high expectations of their drivers which encourages them to speed, manipulate their phone whilst driving, deliver parcels improperly and basically if you want to do the job properly, you won't finish your shift on time.

      Get to pick your own blocks

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
