      Pros

      Flexible schedule, clean work environment, and work isn’t very complex

      Cons

      Delivery routes can be 30+ miles from warehouse, hourly rate looks good but NEVER exceeds mileage cost (57 cents per mile) so you aren’t making any money. Blocks only cover estimated time to deliver from first stop to last so time to warehouse and home at end of shift is not included. I frequently find that adds another 45-1hr

      Get to pick your own blocks

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
