      Pros

      Decent pay, very very easy to follow app to make deliveries.

      Cons

      The guys packing the parcels need to use commonsense eggs and wine should not go in the same parcel this has happened twice to me, also missing parcels that just dissappear when they bring the trolley out to me a parcel is missing and its down to the delivery driver to report it to support.

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
