      You can meet very nice people,

      Cons

      Everything the company does is about numbers on the laptop. This makes some of the targets that are set by management very unrealistic. A lot of the times theses targets are not achieved. They also high turnover of staff, it’s the same issue with management and warehouse workers.

      Get to pick your own blocks

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
