      pay your own gas, uncompensated time if you go over shift time, does not take into consideration scanning/loading packages, traffic to are to deliver packages, glitchy app, support team can be rude, inconsiderate

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
