      Support for drivers is horrid. Can't get a response other than something scripted that literally does nothing to help. App malfunctions constantly. Wear and tear on your car. You will spend a ton of money on gas which makes it not worth it in the end. No benefits, no PTO, no sick days.. nothing.. This IS NOT a real job, this is a way for Amazon to get cheap labor, fast. Not to mention if you better save a bunch of money because you will get hit on taxes at the end of the year..

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
