No flex representative on site...all seattle based. Have never been to warehouse. No support phone number. Only email. Auto-responders. They even say deal with it at the warehouse and no one at the warehouse has any authority to do anything regarding Flex. The support phone number they claim they have is only to deal with a TBA ...nothing else. It really beats up your car
