      Pros

      Flexibility. You work whenever you want and at your own pace.

      Cons

      Too many parcels for a 4 hrs block. Unrealistic expectations. Account deactivation on the grounds of unattempted deliveries even after you sometimes have gone out of your way to carry on delivering past your allocated time. Caps on the amount of blocks that one can do in a week which amounts to around 6 for UK drivers.

      Get to pick your own blocks

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
