Pros

Paid twice a week is the only good thing about this job.

Cons

It really is not worth it. Support and GPS can be the worst at times. Picking up at the station is unorganized and can take up to an hour out of your 3 hour block. Sometimes you can have 40-50 packages that needs to be delivered 35-45 mins away. Not enough time. Lastly if something happens to your car while delivering you are responsible for the cost. I got a flat tire and called support, they told me I needed to call my AAA or a tow company. And then to add insult to injury, they will lower your reliability rating.

Cons

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
