Pros
Amazon is a great company to work for and I fully expected to make a career and grow with with them as they have not come close to their full potential, hard that is to believe by someone without a full understanding of business models. Unfortunately I had to leave due to a close family illness, that and the fact I found a warehouse position such a change from my prior business experience and education I decided I just wouldn't be given the challenges I need to better myself on a daily basis.
Cons
As I stated in the previous question, I did not see a warehouse supervisor challenging enough for me.
