Pros

Great pay, you get to see a lot of areas of town you never knew existed. Fairly flexible in the sense that you don't necessarily have a set schedule and can pick up shifts whenever they're available. (Shifts posted around 8AM-10:30Am). I enjoy being on my own listening to NPR while I deliver.

Cons

Unfortunately if you miss any shifts posted in the morning then there's a slim chance you'll get any for that day. They took away a lot of the shifts that started after 4:30 so anyone working typical business hours then hoping to find a shift afterwards is out of luck. Not much training other than a few videos to watch. Most of the time you're left to figure things out on your own.

Pros

Lots of routes available to drive using your own vehicle, both in early morning and in the evenings. Get paid the same day that you drive. Routes are usually pretty tight so you're not doing a lot of long distances between stops.

Cons

Low pay for the amount of miles you'll have to drive. You may average about 20-25 an hour, depending on how long of a block you sign up for. But you'll end up spending at least 1.5 hours pay to put back into your gas tank. You can't choose the area you want to drive in, it's chosen randomly for you. So you could be clear across five counties from the starting point.
