Pros

The only pro is that you can make your own schedule

Cons

Low pay, unsafe road conditions, delivery in usafe areas, app issues, gps issues, incorrect grouped stops. No direct communitication for concerns. When you call support your concerns will be misleading or misunderstood due to the person not understanding you. Or you can't understand them due to their accent.

Cons

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
