      - Cool tech, amazing people, challenging problems - You have a lot of freedom to choose the tech & problems you want to solve - Occasional hackathons to come up with ideas and prove MVPs

      Cons

      - Sometimes it feels like the scope of a task grows to fit a promo doc. Agility gets scarified for a technically complex solution which sometimes replaces a non-existant issue - RTO sucks. People don't want to respond outside of working hours
