Recently, the platform has required teachers to use its internal classroom system, which has shown recurring technical instability. Common issues include audio disruptions, screen-sharing failures, black screens, and unexpected disconnections during lessons. These problems directly affect lesson quality and student learning experience. In many cases, teachers have to arrange and pay for their own backup tools (such as Zoom) to ensure lessons can continue smoothly.
