Really strong dev team here – people know their stuff and are great to work with. Processes are organized, so you don’t get stuck in chaos, and overall the work attitude is very positive. Feels good to be part of a team that pushes for quality.

The company is growing fast, which is exciting, but with that comes some areas that could use a bit more polish and improvement. Nothing major, just part of scaling up.
