Pros
I have no complaints about the team I worked with on a day to day basis. All in all a very close knit team that did feel like a family.
Cons
Feedback from head office was sporadic and very disjointed. Sales targets and incentives were not well designed. Many sales issues that resulted from lack of inventory.
